Our cottages are designed to feel like a home. They are centered on a beautiful hearth that promotes a warm and inviting environment. Nearby is an open kitchen, den/library, and private rooms, each with its own bathroom. The small scale and single-level design eliminate stairs, long hallways, and elevators.

Our rooms range in size from 345-575 square feet and include a private bathroom and a walk-in shower. All of the rooms in our Personal Care building include a small kitchenette. There are rooms designed for double occupancy if a resident has a spouse or would prefer having a roommate. Each room has a beautiful view of the well-maintained grounds and gardens. The homes have spacious porches where residents can sit to enjoy time outdoors.

Our Personal Care building has three room size options. Below is the pricing for the small studio, large studio, and the suite. We can use the large studio and the suite as shared rooms. Prior to admission, there is a one-time $2,700 Community Fee.
Memory Care Room Options and Pricing
In our Memory Care building, there are two different room sizes. These rooms can also be utilized as shared rooms. Prior to admission, there is a one-time $2,700 non-refundable Community Fee.
